We will use our best endeavors to prevent the use or disclosure of any such information by a third party.  “Confidential information” refers to any patents (actual or pending), trade secrets, formulas, designs, software, or proprietary information related to our clients and candidates. Without limitation, this will include any information concerning the accounts, marketing plans, sales plans, prospects, research, management, financing, products, inventions, designs, suppliers, clients, client lists, process, computer systems, or other information in writing or otherwise concerning the clients and candidates of Executech Global.
