Business Development Manager - Tolling

Location: Various,
On behalf of our client, a public transportation systems developer, we are seeking a Business Development Manager - Tolling. The Business Development Manager leads teams to actively pursue and acquire business in the Public Sector related to tolling, with contracts exceeding $100M.


- Directs all aspects of business development including plan, schedule and budget
- Manages and motivates teams to capture business
- Creates business development strategies that have a high probability of being awarded
- Develops and leads strategy related to cost analysis
- Prepares and presents reports related to business development
- Liaises with other departments to ensure integration of business development strategy


- At least 5 years’ experience in business development/capture management with projects over $100M
- Specific knowledge related to tolling (back office and call center)
- Strong sales experience
- Interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills required to make presentations to Executive team
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and procedures
- Ability to maintain composure while working in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful field
- Knowledge of business mathematics and metrics
- Up to 25% travel required
- Six Sigma an advantage
