Project Implementation Manager - Tolling

Location: Maryland,
On behalf of our client, a public transportation systems developer, we are seeking a Project Implementation Manager. The Project Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire implementation cycle for Electronic Tolling Collection programs.


- Liaise with multiple teams and key stakeholders to ensure that tolling program projects are completed on time and budget.
- Track and report on project goals in relation to organizational targets.
- Communicate with customers to ensure products meet expectations.
- Create and maintain Master Project Schedule.
- Direct project teams to facilitate successful project completion.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse project teams and clients
- Ability to make decisions and provide direction relating to the overarching strategy of the organization
- Ability to efficiently address complex problems as they arise
- University / College degree or 5 years’ relevant experience
- Experience with project management
- Experience managing teams from a variety of departments
- Up to 25% travel required
- Prior experience with tolling implementation is an advantage
- PMP certification is an advantage
